“I contacted this company on 12/29/2022 and was able to get a small office space that had some water due to a leaking pipe extracted. The owner was more than willing to accommodate my concern at the last minute. Every other company that I contacted was too busy. The crew, **** was very pleasant and professional. **** was very efficient and did a great job moving the furniture around to make sure that all of the water was removed. **** used a spray on the carpet to make sure that there would be no mold left remaining in the carpet. Ken and Randy showed up within about 2 hrs of our call and had a plan for us quickly. The work was professional, thorough and as fast as could have wanted it. They even came earlier than they indicated one day, and they called first to make sure the change was ok with us. Furthermore, they went a little above and beyond for us.

Every team member who came into our home was kind, compassionate, respectful and empathetic to how hard and fraught the process is. One of them caught me in an anxiety-ridden, tearful melt-down as another deluge came down. He saw me at my worst but was the best example of kind understanding I've seen in a while.

This job wasn't covered by insurance, and a small job to them, but they didn't make it feel like that. We were as valued a customer as anyone else. This wasn't the case with all the contractors we called for cleanup. We called Dalmatian after a friend suggested them because other companies hadn't returned our call, and wanted the job on the calendar BEFORE even showing up with no word as to when they could get to us; we were supposed to be grateful to be "on their list." Thank goodness Dalmatian is company with a heart or we might still be waiting.
