If you don't have an appt be prepared to wait!Also, I've been going there for almost 2 years. I had to reschedule my appt because I had to leave town, Nancy was not accommodating. She said it would mess up her 'regulars' schedule... thought I was a 'regular' at this point. When I got back in town I called to reschedule and I was told "sorry too busy".Just got tired of her attitude. Ken is nice but apparently you have to be someone special to get an appt with him. One more thing, I asked for a design on my nails (a flower, nothing special) and was told they couldn't do it.

so pleased! the service was amazing & everyone was so friendly . the man who did my nails made sure they were perfect and exactly how i wanted them. will be coming back for sure!
