I called because my home wasn’t cooling like it should, even though it is the dead of summer. The technician, Steve, came out. I got a text message saying he was on his way, and he showed up within about 15 minutes. The guy was an absolute diamond from start to finish. Walked in and felt like there was a problem straight away. Went downstairs and had a look at the unit, went outside, and advised me of everything throughout the process. Kind and courteous with every interaction and every silly question I had. Offered the most cost-effective method of repair, and did his due diligence, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Technicians we're very informative about what the issue was. Fixed it promptly. But our unit is new and have had them work on it way too much for such a new unit. The technicians are always great though and very helpful.Service: Heating system maintenance
