Came here today for the first time, and will be coming back here.Customer service was great and he was on point with making sure his customers felt comfortable while waiting (which I was in and out pretty fast with my appointment I set online). If you’re not from this side of the city, this place is worth the drive and he’ll get you taken care of. ??Service: Auto engine diagnostic
The new owner, Joe Buehler, has done a great job of updating this local place. It is great to see businesses in the area continue to support the community. I just bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from him and I couldn't be happier. The transaction was easy and without any issues. Joe is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I got a great deal and didn't ever feel pressured into anything different than what I was wanting. Not only did I buy from here, but I'm having him do the work to add all of the upgrades, i.e. lift kit, tires and rims, bumpers, wench...the whole 4x4 upgrades. I will take before and after photos and post; if I can figure out how to add after this review. In addition, he fixed my Ford Escape's window motor for putting up and down the window. Excellent service and knowledge all around. Go there!
I just got my oil changed/tires rotated at Ferguson Automotive. It's a little 3-bay shop near highways 170/70, independently owned and operated by Joe Bueller (who must have just bought and reopened the place). They only do Synthetic Blend and Full Synthetic oil changes ($39.99 and $69.99), which are in line with the chains' coupon prices. There was no line, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I only did the oil change, but Joe made a point to tell that they do full service repairs and are Napa Certified (which means the parts are warrantied through any other Napa Certified location). All around good experience, and I would be comfortable coming back. Also, it looks like they rent U-Haul equipment.
