The worst, our home warranty says they would take the claim. Calls goes to voice mail saying the phone #. Not a person's name or company name. They don't return calls. Says on website open 24/7. Obviously they don't have staff to answer calls. It seems like if you pay and not go thru a home warranty, this company will answer the call. No good.
This company acted very unprofessionally. They insisted on full payment for a warranty claim in cash before even stepping into our home or discussing the issue. After taking the money, they did absolutely nothing. We feel cheated and completely let down. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with them.
This company was assigned to my home for electrical repair. I tried reaching out to them by phone to confirm the appointment and the fact they only except cash payments. I was unable to get anybody on the phone I called three days straight and no answer. I left four VM and still no reply. I don't want their service it's a red flag for me .
