I have a 900 sq ft multi level deck that was in serious disrepair from previous shoddy work and rotten support beams and posts. It’s condition was dangerous and I was getting bids to remove and replace with a new deck. The floor, joists, steps and rails were all in good condition. When these bids came in the $150,000 range I decided to get bids for repair. After speaking with repair multiple contractors about their plan and cost to repair my deck I chose SRP. ***** pointed out the previous improper repairs that left my deck in a dangerously weak condition. Scott and his team did a great job repairing my existing deck. Besides replacing a few boards, they checked the whole structure, tightened everything up, and rebuilt two steps. I especially appreciate the careful way they leveled the steps, which are on a sideways slope, and mitered the corners of the top rail. Scott was great about keeping in touch re scheduling and checking in on some details the day SRP did the work.
