I had called PetBar (and a few other places) this morning and was told there was no availability for such a large dog (as was expected). They did say they'd give me a call back if they had any openings. I was surprised when they actually called back and said they had an appointment open today. Once we got there, they immediately took him back and began bathing him. We appreciate their flexibility and how well they took care of our dog. He's very clean and happy now! They did a great job talking me through what care he needed, but I never felt pressured in any way. “I've been to Fox Creek a few times for my dogs. The first time I needed a second opinion. I called and was scheduled the next day. The vet listened to my concerns, we discussed a treatment plan, and my dog improved quickly. I thought they were patient, they listened and cared. Everyone in the office was friendly. Then I took my dog for a checkup and routine shots two weeks ago. I got my preferred day and time for the appt and got some great suggestions on ways to proactively help my dog's health. I'm happy with the care they've received and will continue to go back.“
