Nate came to my house on the day/time I requested. I had 2 kitchen sinks (connected) that were backed up, and 1 bathroom sink that was draining slowly. He looked at everything, gave me a quote, and I decided to have him go ahead. He fixed all of the issues in a very timely manner. He also allowed me to test all the sinks and approve before I signed and paid. I would definitely recommend this company and Nate again.
Our techs, Jake and Brendan, arrived quickly for an emergency water leak. They were extremely professional and personable and diagnosed and remedied the matter easily. We were very pleased from initial contact to completion, as well as fair pricing. Terrific experience!
Great service. Mike was running late from a previous appt and we were kept up to date via text and phone call to make sure we were ok to wait. Honest with good skills. Very satisfied, especially with what started out as a big problem in our 1 bathroom house in a Saturday. Thanks!
