After meeting with Jason, who explained everything in detail, then I talked to again at least 2-3 more times bcz I had multiple questions, especially about several price quote(s) differences, it was Jason who really sealed the deal for me. The day of service, the workers were on time, and all four kept at it continuously, and finished in 2 1/2 hours. Very satisfied and the company has my full recommendation.
I had a 80 y/o old pin oak die. I reached out to 8 companies. Monster and one other responded. Monster and the other had a similar bid. Went with Monster because they are a known brand. Came. Removed. Ground the stump. Left divots in the yard. Called and asked for soil and straw. Came out the next day & did as I asked. Paid the bill. Highly recommend.
Recently we needed advice related to concerns we had for the health of few pin oaks as well as some trimming to be completed on one of the trees on our residential property After doing some research, we contacted Monster Tree Service of St. Louis. Monster responded promptly and sent an arborist to our home to meet with us. During the meeting Justin S. identified some potentially serious health issues for our trees, assessed our needs and provided advice on how to proceed. It was an informative, low-pressure meeting. We found the suggestions for remedies to be sound and the cost estimate for the work to be competitive with other local tree service companies so we chose MTS for the job. We could not be happier with our choice. MTS arrived to perform the work as scheduled with a crew well equipped to complete the job safely and efficiently. Care was taken to avoid causing unnecessary damage to the yard area needed to access the tree, the area surrounding tree and our home. Once the job was completed the clean-up was immaculate with the crew leaving no trace that they were here other than a nicely trimmed tree. Thank you to all involved at MTS, from arborist Justin S. to the crew directly involved with the job extending all the way back to the office personnel who provided excellent communication from first contact through the completion of the work. We look forward to working with MTS/STL for our future tree care needs and would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional tree care services.
