Shelby is one of the most polite, considerate, and sincere people I've met. A neighbor came over while he was here, and Shelby explained everything he was doing. I was very pleased.
Jesse, worked so hard trying to find the leaks, then when he found them, it turned into a real hard challenge to fix them…. I was right by him. I have not seen a man work as hard as him, he was sweating and digging up grass so carefully not to ruin the fresh sod we just had laid down a couple weeks prior. When he was done, digging the lines underground, you could not even see any dirt or tore up grass…. Such great guy…. My husband and I really like Jesse, with Lawn Systems.
I have struggled on giving this review. I give 5 stars to Shelby and his personally. Up until the most recent repair I would give this company a 5 star review, but now I can't.
2 of the 5 valves needed to be replaced, we chose to just have all 5 done. Do to this repair the box that covers the valves needed to also be replaced. This box was completely buried and we had it covered with landscaping rocks. The new box was not buried deep enough and we had to dig everything up again, dig deeper so we could place the box where it needed to be. The box was also cut which comprises the structural integrity of said box. We do not have the time to do all of this. It took 3 visits...read full review
