I’ve had no issues with their sprinkler services, however it has been like pulling teeth trying to get a quote for a different service they offer. I’ve had to make multiple phone calls and many emails with them promising they will get back to me but don’t… it’s very frustrating. It has been over a month since I initially reached out to them.

Ed came and put in a new Rain Bird controller. He really knows what he is doing and is very personable. I highly recommend Lawn systems and ask for Ed. He has lots of Experience. I hope he is training the "new people".

My entire experience with Lawn Systems Inc exceeded my expectations. Lawn Systems installed sprinkler systems for my two of my family members who were both happy with their systems which made choosing them easy. First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed with how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation. We are happy with the function of the system and the ease of programming and adjusting, I can even do it from my phone from anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
