Absolutely love IFS for HVAC and Plumbing issues. I have used them extensively at the properties I manage and they are responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They are slightly higher than say a Roto-Rooter, but I know that the issue will be fixed correctly. Denise in scheduling is always so very pleasant when I have an issue in one of my apartments and she will work hard to get a technician out quickly. Bilal responded quickly to my call regarding my furnace flue and a leak I was experiencing. Mark A. came out and thoroughly inspected and determined the issue. I thought I was going to have to replace my furnace flue; however, Mark sealed it, painted it and it’s good as new for a fraction of a new flue. Quick response, professional and polite service! This is why I have been doing business with IFS for over 30 years!
