I want to thank Arron for coming in on his day off (Saturday), and giving me a hands on demonstration on my newly rebuilt slicer. Also, Larry their service tech who did an excellent job. They were able to find parts for my semi-antique slicer and now it's almost brand new (except for the betina, you know, keeping it real)
