I have lived here 22 years and the park is peaceful, and the park is clean. I love that we are surrounded by rolling hills. If you have kids then they will have a lot of friends to play with. The driveways fit 3 cars which is nice.

I grate so far so good ...knock on wood ... or somthinh hard.... all and all people seem nice friendly. .. don't Karen much for the hills on the side of the house little bit more grass than Rocks .. .. hate to mow it ... but the people here are do far grate.. my biz is my biz there's is there's were goo.d.

Lovely park in a great area of Jefferson County surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. Concrete streets, parking and pads on average size lots and a community pool and clubhouse. Affordable living in great School district.
