When an elderly parent's meds run out, a homecare visit is scheduled to provide an update on what meds should be continued / discontinued / refilled, and then no visit materializes despite a number of phone attempts to find out what was happening, that's definitely a red flag for me. That has been my brief experience with Pyramid Home Health Services.
