Would love to give this company 10 stars. We have our unit serviced twice a year but of course during the hottest days in August 2024 that's when we experienced problems. Outside temperatures almost triple digits with heat index well past 100-105. On Tuesday night at 9:30 pm we get a message from our smart thermostat that instead of keeping the house at 73 degrees it was now 78 and we needed to contact Koppeis. I called at 8 o'clock on Wednesday morning for a service call. Due to the extreme heat wave the best I could get was afternoon Friday. Well, I took the appointment. Received a call Wednesday afternoon and we were moved up to Thursday early afternoon. WOW... the technician got here about 1:15, same guy we had for our routine checkup in the spring so he was knowledgeable with our setup. He checked the outside unit; capacitor out; under warrenty; switched it out; checked out rest of the unit and was gone about 2:05. Love these guys. The temperature in the house had gotten up to 85 before the service call. Now at 4:15 we are at 78 and still dropping. Nice. I would whole heartily recommend Koppeis for any of your heating and/or COOLING needs. GL Rawson
I am sincerely grateful for the 2 women in their office being direct and honest with me and my old, old furnace and self. I have an old furnace from the 50s and they said they might not be able to revive it. The polite young man that showed up was hopeful. They fixed my furnace immediately. Said they had worked on 4 or 5 so far this dreadful cold snap. They helped me just in the nick of time w. the temp dropping to below freezing and minus degrees yesterday and for the next 8 days. Don't be afraid to call and use this company.
They were nice and professional and very knowledgeable about my system. I have an old boiler heating system and all the other companies said they couldn't work on it but Koppeis sent someone right out and got me taken care of.
