“We discovered late at night that our A/C unit wasn't functioning properly. I gave ProService a call immediately and left a message on their machine stating what was going on and left my contact info as well. At 7:30am the following morning I received a phone call back (they don't open till 8am) and they said they would immediately be over to our house to take a look at it and get it fixed. Wayne arrived at our home just barely after 8am. Checked the system and had it fixed within an hour. We are back up and running before the temperature outside starts climbing. “Needed a new system after the 20 year old system finally gave up the ghost. Shawn is awesome. I don't know anything about systems and he sat down and explained each option and the benefits of each. He even showed up on the weekend to charge the old system while the new was on order. Now we are rocking a new modern system and loving it. If you want honest up front dealings then call Shawn.“

“Be aware of this company. They took advantage of my almost 80 yr old aunt and now tell her she only paid for one service and not another. One would think a professional heating and cooling company that installs a complete new furnace and A/C unit would also install new duct work also, but beyond that to do this install they was in the crawl space and any one person with common sense (especially one who does this work every day) would have seen her duct work was completely destroyed. So not only did they not replace it but they also didn’t tell her how bad of condition it was in. More of the heat/air blows under the house than in the house! This company should be ashamed of them self for what the did to an elderly lady. When she confronted them all they she was you didn’t pay for that. Very unprofessional, I’ll be sure none of my friends or family ever uses this company!“
