20 STARS!! 5 stars doesn't come close to capturing the care and empathy these ladies provide to their customers. They asked questions about my aunt's personality (who passed away in October...Sorry that I'm just now submitting this review).They gave several options of various flowers in various colors. They gave several options of keepsakes and sent photos to me to ensure they were getting the colors I wanted just right. There was an item that wasn't in-stock, but they believed they could get it the next time they went to Quincy. My Daughter-in-Law was just having "one of those days" so I wanted to send a pick-me-up.The florist at Sisters on 6 did a wonderful job on the arrangement. They even reached out to make sure I was OK with substitutions since their inventory didn't quite have what was pictured. Ultimately, the arrangement my DIL received was just as beautiful, if not better, than pictured!10/10!
An acquaintance lost his wife to cancer and I only had 18 hours to arrange flowers to be delivered to the funeral home in a small town. Sisters on 6 handled it all in ten minutes on the phone, in my price range and sent a photo the morning they were delivered. Outstanding! Not unusual for the kindness shown in small towns, but from someone living 800 miles away in a sprawling city, the service, care and kindness WAS great!
