“I'm here to avenge a wrong doing. I did not review this company earlier. I do not know why my name is on here with a 1 star rating. This is truly a 5 star company. I had Shawn come over to look at my house because I was having drainage issue on the back side of my house. The house had a small gutter and one loooong run to the downspout. He replaced with a bigger gutter and spout and a leaf guard. Works perfect ever since. You bet I would recommend them. I hand out their card all the time.“

“Very good work and a truly pleasant experience. There was a slight delay in receiving the shingles (we ordered a popular color), but our Sales Rep (Chris Connor) kept us constantly posted and the delay was brief. I contacted Connor Roofing after finding them online after a brief search and I used them after reading the numerous 5-star posts. I wasn't disappointed and highly recommend their services.“

“I can't begin to explain how incredibly grateful my husband and I are for KPro. We recently had a roof replacement done by another company, and it went horribly wrong. We needed a professional opinion to have some leverage to get that company to fix their mistakes. We spoke with multiple companies—some wouldn’t help us at all, one did so reluctantly, and then there was KPro.

Kyle came out just a couple of days after we called for help. I even told him we’d pay him for his time, but he declined. Not only that, he wrote a detailed report with photos, highlighting the issues with our roof. This report was instrumental in helping us get the original company to completely redo the roof.

From the moment we spoke with Kyle, we could tell he has a calm, easy-to-talk-to, and knowledgeable personality. It was clear he has a strong commitment to the little details and doing things the right way. The care and consideration Kyle showed us that day, just a few days after the botched roof replacement when emotions were still running high, brings tears to my eyes even now. We truly felt like he saw us as people, and the fact that he did this for us without knowing we were looking for a new company to complete other major exterior projects speaks volumes about Kyle’s character. Not to mention, they’re slammed with work, just like every other company out here after the major hailstorm earlier this year, but Kyle still made us feel like we mattered.

While we're still feeling pretty sore from our experience with the other company, we’re hopeful again that we can get excited about completing our exterior projects. We’ve talked with countless companies, and KPro is at the very top of our list. Though I can’t speak for their work yet, if we decide to move forward with KPro, I’ll happily update this review with photos!“

“I was very hesitant choosing a roofing contractor, I went with Rattini Roofing from advice of a friend. The owner went above and beyond with communication. I ended up having to have plywood replaced before my new shingles. I received photos of all damaged plywood. They made sure I was ok with the repairs before tearing it off. “After the hail storm we needed an inspection by an established company that was more concerned with quality and longevity than chasing storms and "saving deductibles."

Bryan was a consummate professional that was quick to inspect the roof and make recommendations.

He then worked with our fickle insurance company who's adjuster's computer stopped working for a couple of weeks and who's appraiser did not honor established appointments.

Bryan and Stark Roofing handled all these bumps with complete aplomb.

Once the insurance company was satisfied, Bryan and Stark Roofing made the appointment for the work to begin shortly there after. Not expecting a single dollar until the job was completed.

The installers and the installation were also best in class. All materials specified were installed completely and to building standards.

The clean up was complete too.

Bryan & Stark Roofing are a shining star in an industry that can be a little "tarry."

I needed a new roof, new gutters, and siding on the front of my garage needed to be replaced along with two widows..my deck also needed refurbishing.
