“I want to change my review from negative to positive. I went initially to get highlights because I was unhappy with the way my hair turned out from a previous stylist(not here). Tasha said she could not do it and was hesitant to put highlights because she was not sure what effect it would have. I asked to speak to the manager as I had made an appointment and was leaving for a trip and really wanted to make a change to my hair. Dale came in and said he would do my hair. He said he wasn't sure of how the color would lift but suggested we try the highlights with an all over color. That's what he did and he was kind and patient throughout the whole process. My hair turned out better than I imagined and looks fabulous. I paid a bit more than expected because of the all over, but left feeling so much better. Thank you Dale! I would have left 5 stars, but left 4 because of the initial experience.“
