I want to change my review from negative to positive. I went initially to get highlights because I was unhappy with the way my hair turned out from a previous stylist(not here). Tasha said she could not do it and was hesitant to put highlights because she was not sure what effect it would have. I asked to speak to the manager as I had made an appointment and was leaving for a trip and really wanted to make a change to my hair. Dale came in and said he would do my hair. He said he wasn't sure of how the color would lift but suggested we try the highlights with an all over color. That's what he did and he was kind and patient throughout the whole process. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for several years. She also styled my daughter’s hair for her wedding, which turned out beautiful! Katie listens to you on what type of cut/style/color you want and/or will help make suggestions when you are not sure. Great location, everyone there is nice.
I have been going to Katie B. For almost a couple years now. I’ve gotten huge haircut changes, perms, hair dye etc and she has not disappointed me once. I don’t think I have ever had a good haircut until I started going to her. She’s made me a lot more confident as a person and makes me feel like a belong in her chair every single time!
