We have been using this dry cleaning service since 2018. We recently took a man’s vest sweater there that needed dry cleaning. The instructions clearly said dry clean only but they must have washed it because it shrunk to the size of a small child’s sweater. I called at least 10 times about it with no one calling me back. Finally when I threatened to come in to the establishment I was told that they would give me a $10 credit on my next cleaning. Not only is that not acceptable because the sweater was $125 I would never trust them again with any of my clothes. The owner could care less and the customer service is non existent. Online hours says open til 6pm, get here at 5:10 closed. Looked at the hours on the door, conveniently the closing hours are peeled off. Just the hour though not the minutes so it readsWhatever open time is, to _:00. Seriously? Leaving town before they open in the morning so I'm going with two less shirts thanks for that.

I was told they would honor new pricing since they were not doing the coupons any longer, 9 shirts 2 pants 2 ties and one suit coat 93.00! I will never use them again, their staff was very rude and acted as I was lying. I was going to drop off a comforter king size 49.00 I took it to another and it was only 24.00! These people are robbing us!
