I had a wonderful experience at Meraki Fitness! I had a neck injury and was extremely worried for my personal health and lively hood. Amy healed and taught me exercises to get my life back on track. I continue to use them and get stronger every day. I would 100% refer anyone to Amy with any injury or wants to have a more functional lifestyle. She is personally invested in each of her clients and sees the potential in you even though you may not see it yourself. No matter what your goals are, she will meet you where you are and build you up until you reach the finish line as well as provide the resources to go beyond.
