I had a wonderful experience at Meraki Fitness!
I had a neck injury and was extremely worried for my personal health and lively hood. Amy healed and taught me exercises to get my life back on track. I continue to use them and get stronger every day. I would 100% refer anyone to Amy with any injury or wants to have a more functional lifestyle. My only advice would be to listen and do everything she asks to aid in your recovery.

Amy is a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist who has helped me through several injuries both chronic and acute. She is personally invested in each of her clients and sees the potential in you even though you may not see it yourself. No matter what your goals are, she will meet you where you are and build you up until you reach the finish line as well as provide the resources to go beyond.

If you are looking to improve your health in any way and are willing to put in the work to get there, you will not find a better physical therapist for the job.
