Although she’s quite shy and didn’t talk a lot she is very friendly. I took my 94 year old neighbor whose toenails were very over grown. Because this was her first time at a nail salon, John was very slow with her, he let her get used to being there and then clipped her nails down slowly until they were a manageable length. He did a fantastic job, I will take her again next month, maybe she’ll even have polish next time.“
