I was in an emergency situation due to a different dental office’s mistakes (no names because I’m not into bashing people online). I was in a LOT of pain and desperate. Ellisville got me right in. The ladies at the front desk are SO nice and that made me a little more confident that they could fix me. As you can imagine my nerves were all over the place due to a dentist messing me up. Amazing how just a smile can help someone. I was taken back and met with empathy for my situation and for being very nervous. Gabby listened to my nervous talking and listened to every word. Best Dental experience I have had, EVER! They were beyond helpful and informative. I felt seen and heard about my concerns and educated on how to better care for myself. My hygienist, Deidra was the kindest soul and Dr. Mitchell was a phenomenal help.
Had a wonderful visit at the clinic today. One of my crown fell off last night, and I was in hurry to get it reinstalled. Called around many clinics and luckily I was able to get a slot in Ellisville Dental. Dr. Mitchell was very kind and knowledgeable. After a short X-ray, discussed three options with me in details with dental models. After I made the decision, it took an hour or so getting my tooth fixed. Very happy about it. With two small bars/posts inserted into the root and reinstalling my crown back, the total cost out of my pocket without insurance is $321. Very good pricing. I am happy and would highly recommend this clinic.
