Mike Grimes was incredibly helpful through the whole process of my home insurance claim. Absolutely top notch communication, answering any and all questions. He recommended companies that were beyond the scope of Allen Roofing. The roof was installed efficiently and looks great. Two years ago we were told we needed a brand new roof by another roofing company, that would’ve cost us $80,000. Allen Roofing did a second estimate for us and it was $2000 to fix various shingles. It amazes us at the seeming dishonesty of the first company.
Just this week, we used Allen Roofing (Jon Morrow) again to see if our roof had sustained recent hail damage. Once again, they were completely honest with us and told us that there was no need for a roof replacement or any work done at this time. We are very, very grateful for the integrity and expertise of Allen Roofing. I cannot stress this enough.

My experience with Allen Roofing was excellent. Our salesman, Mack, was available to deal with the insurance agent and patiently answered our many questions. The installation crew did a great job with the roof, and the cleanup. They even had to replace some boards in the roof. Everytime I had a question, someone at Allen Roofing answered and if something needed to be done, took care of it. We love our new roof! I highly recommend this company, they stand behind their work.
