“We cant say enough good things about Roto-Rooter Lake of the Ozark. Our plumbers are the ones who called Eric for us, to me that speaks volumes itself. Eric, the manager, called me that same day because he was able to get to us earlier than he had expected (another awesome thing about them). When he got to our house and started looking into everything, he found the job was much bigger and harder. We didn’t have water without it making a big mess in our basement so they scheduled the work ASAP and were able to get back to us in just 1 day! They did MUCH MUCH more than we even knew we needed, they cared about our situation so much and went above and beyond to help us! Honestly, that feels like an understatement. To put it bluntly they were a BIG blessing to us, an answer to our prayers. They are very smart, professional, knowledgeable and above all caring. We will recommend them to everyone we know. Don’t call anyone else, Roto-Rooter Lake of the Ozark will be honest and do absolutely everything they can for you!“
