“Was impressed that they had 34/35 5 star reviews. Called set up an appointment. The tech never showed up. Called and the told me we were not on schedule. I was given an estimate and time by the original person. Obviously he didn’t follow through. Not a good first impression<br><br>Update. The owner called me and apologized for the mix up. Impressive!! Rescheduled the visit so I will amend this review to 4 star and see what happens. On the visit. I am expecting a adjustment to 5 star based on conversation with owner<br><br>Service was completed. Cliff and the other tech were great. Efficient, friendly and professional. Glad I gave them second chance. They delivered“
