John came out and did our termite inspection today and he was absolutely amazing!!! When I called to schedule our service and make our payment, Jess was an absolute delight! If you want fast, super friendly service, Mid Missouri Pest Solutions is the place to go!! They will forever be our go to pest control business!!

Was impressed that they had 34/35 5 star reviews. Called set up an appointment. The tech never showed up. Called and the told me we were not on schedule. I was given an estimate and time by the original person. Obviously he didn’t follow through. Not a good first impression
Update. The owner called me and apologized for the mix up. Impressive!! Rescheduled the visit so I will amend this review to 4 star and see what happens. On the visit. I am expecting a adjustment to 5 star based on conversation with owner

Absolutely would recommend Mid Missouri Pest Solutions a million times over. The nicest people to work with, very knowledgeable, extremely reasonable pricing and they went above and beyond to satisfy our concerns. We had a major decrease in bugs this year and let me tell you it was bad when we bought this house. I have enjoyed my yard and deck this year and not one bug inside the house either. Cliff was amazing when he came out, Jessica is awesome to talk to when I call the office. After the first spray we thought we saw a termite and called right away, they came back out immediately to inspect the bug and let us know what to look for without charging us a dime.
