What a gift! The yoga instructiors are deeply knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. The pricing is incredibly fair. Massage therapist here are wonderful and intuitive. There is not enough I can say about how attending yoga classes regularly is lowering my stress and strengthening my body.

Loved the Warm welcoming yoga studio. We were told there would be a flow, but that did not happen. we also received sparkling water rather than champaign with our chocolate covered strawberries. .Maybe upgrade the studio music to Alexa using pandora on demand streaming music. Could use some essential oils in a diffuser to enhance the atmosphere.
