I was thoroughly impressed with Tools 4 Flooring's customer support. After advising that I'd received the wrong glue sticks with my order of a FastenMaster Adhesive Applicator, I expected that I'd have to return them to obtain the glue sticks that I had ordered.Instead, Tools 4 Flooring shipped the glue sticks that I wanted and advised me to "do whatever I wanted" with the incorrect glue sticks that had accompanied my applicator. Those glue sticks are on their way to the local Habitat for Humanity facility on Monday as a donation from Tools 4 Flooring.Can't ask for better service than what I received. Like many, I typically only leave reviews when I have had a negative experience. However, I feel this company deserved a review as I had a nice experience with them. The order was fulfilled correctly, shipped quickly, and arrived early. I had some items from Rubi after my project to return and the return process was much easier than I anticipated for a small business. The reason I use "big business" companies (AMZ, HD, etc.) is for the ease in ordering AND returns. T4F was up to the task. Thanks, B in **
