Taylor (dispatcher)on the other hand doesn't seem to understand customer service. I had an issue that needed IMMEDIATE attention and she offered service 5 days from now. So sorry for any customer that has to deal with her. It won't be a pleasant experience.
I’ve dealt with Michael Jarrell a few times in the past and used to think highly of them. It’s funny seeing these recent reviews because I was thinking the same. I know one of the unions are talking about the family thing and not happy about it and they just hired another one of the vps daughters and already runs a section of Jarrell. They treat people terribly now and sure we witness their demise shortly
