“Our basement took on water due to hydrostatic pressure and we didn't catch the extent it had traveled through our finished basement in time to salvage anything. Dalmatian rehab'd the basement, dried it out, and mitigated mold growth for us.<br><br>Ken and Randy showed up within about 2 hrs of our call and had a plan for us quickly. The work was professional, thorough and as fast as could have wanted it. They even came earlier than they indicated one day, and they called first to make sure the change was ok with us. Furthermore, they went a little above and beyond for us.<br><br>Every team member who came into our home was kind, compassionate, respectful and empathetic to how hard and fraught the process is. One of them caught me in an anxiety-ridden, tearful melt-down as another deluge came down. We called Dalmatian after a friend suggested them because other companies hadn't returned our call, and wanted the job on the calendar BEFORE even showing up with no word as to when they could get to us; we were supposed to be grateful to be "on their list."
