The heat in my house ceased working on Sunday, December 11, 2022, night temps dropping to mid 30s. Calls to Eagle Rock Heating and Air from the morning of the 12th to the evening of the 15th went unanswered. Leaving messages on voice mail each of these days elicited no response. On the 14th, I drove a few miles to the business's location and left a note on the front door explaining my situation and requesting a call. I did not get one. On the 15th, I called the owner's personal cell phone number and left a message. Again, no response. Regardless of how busy this company is, a call back to acknowledge that my call was received would have been appreciated. If you want a response or service from a company regarding repairs to your heat and air conditioning systems, Eagle Rock Heating and Air in Eagle Rock, Missouri, is not the one to call.

Great service. Keith returned my VM, showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue (which he had successfully diagnosed over the phone based on the issues we indicated) and didn’t try to upsell us on other maint or Freon replacement. Great guy that I’ll be quick to recommend to others and use in the future.

Came through for us in a pinch and helped repair a damaged outdoor unit (the fan fell off from years of rust). Back and in working order in less than a day for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend enough. Will be calling for all future repair/replace needs.Service: A/C system maintenance
