All team members have been trained by top notch medical professionals -- and Dr. Lum is the most caring and loving doctor in the State of Missouri. I just spoke with Laurie on the phone, she was very kind and actually cared about getting me in on such short notice. I have a busy work schedule and it is hard for me to get a drs appointment when I’m off work but she told me they would do their best to get me in. She said she would call back after she asked the dr what she could do. She called back within 5 mins and got me in. She was a very sweet woman with a very soft spoken kind voice. I haven’t been to the office yet but if the rest of the staff is anything like Laurie, I know I’ll be taken care of.
