West County Dental offers a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages in St. Louis. The practice is driven by a focus on patient health and aims to help patients love their smiles. Dr. Spalito is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and dedicated. He uses top of the line technology coupled with a gentle caring hand. The excellent, caring Dr. and staff go above and beyond to assist patients with their dental needs. They provide personalized care with exceptional skill and work hard to provide a pleasant, comfortable, and stress free experience. The wonderful staff is awesome, helpful, and sweet. They work as an amazing team to help patients with very painful situations and to build trusting relationships. Patients are relieved to have their concerns addressed and find the staff to be warm, friendly, and compassionate.
I’ve been with the practice for more than 30 years, and it’s truly grown and blossomed. They’ve brought in some fantastic new people along the way, but the current team is just the best. Dr. Pete Palito is an amazing dentist; he’s always staying on top of the latest dental techniques as well as the new equipment, I trust him completely.
Dr. Polito is incredibly caring with his patients and has gone above and beyond to help me a few times, even on his own time. I highly recommend him and the entire staff.

I have been a patient of West County Dental for about 15 years now. I have honestly grown up knowing Dr. Pete, & he is like family! He has worked hard to provide excellent care for me, & he always takes my concerns seriously. In our house, we call Dr. Pete our “no pain doctor” because he has always strived to provide a pain free & smooth experience every time we are in the office. Personally, I have always been scared of having pain in my mouth & have general anxiety with dentists. Dr. Pete is knowledgeable & understanding of my concerns, & has been equipped to meet my needs & help me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend West County Dental enough!
