Adam B. did an excellent job inspecting every outlet in my house for electric grounding problems that another inspector missed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me to my entire satisfaction.

I love desoto electric, Adam is very helpful and gives good advice on what could cause certain issues. I like having someone who will explain things and not just come in and fix stuff then leave with no explanation.

Overnight our ground source heat pump stopped delivering cold air. I called De Soto Electrical and they sent Adam who promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very happy with this experience. Unfortunately, later, the unit failed again. I called snd left a message to get back on the schedule.
