I came in with so many dead ends, only planning to get a trim, but as we were talking I told her I'd like to get a style I've been wanting for a long time. She did it and it looks even better than I would have expected. My hair also feels so healthy and soft now! She was so sweet and I have NEVER gotten so many compliments on my hair before, ever.
