“Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us.Hats off to Eric for standing by the work he and his team provide and for building repeat business. “I don't give to many 5 stars but I want to give credit when it's due. First off I just got my siding replaced the guy Cho did an amazing job by his self I have a big house but this Lil guy got it done. Kudos. Then here rises an issue my camera was turned upside down I was livid called the office to complain. The owner Mike called me back well that didn't go well. Few hours pass a guy shows up at my door guess who it's Mike came all the way to my house and fixed my camera.
