Pete at the Dardenne Prairie location was excellent. I already knew what floor I wanted so he arranged a measure and then gave me a firm quote within a few days. Was very transparent on pricing and all extras. He explained the whole process and was accurate on install lead time. Once installation began, it was discovered that the shoe base ordered wasn’t going to fit properly. No fault of Pete’s but with certain walls in house once carpet was removed. Pete corrected the shoe base problem and ensured it was delivered in time not to delay flooring completion. Joe, my installer, did an excellent job. He was very particular on how the floor was laid and his attention to detail and care taken during the install was much appreciated. I will definitely look to Michael’s for any future flooring needs. My floor looks great!
