“Hello. I would definitely recommend Bruno’s flooring and have used them for years. Most recently, I had a supply line break in my second bathroom, causing a lot of water damage, including the floor in my bathroom and in my office. They were able to come out with just a short notice of the emergency. They were able to find a small amount of the flooring they had put in for me previously (but was now discontinued) as well as a floor that closely matched. They did my foyer, the top of my stairs and my office in the engineered hardwood. Anthony and his team were able to work around the numerous challenges of my condo (floors that aren’t flat, walls that aren’t straight, etc.) and in a way that looks and feels very seamless throughout, even though two brands of wood flooring were being used. The tile in my bathroom looks amazing as well. I am thrilled with the results. I love my floors!“

“Had a new home built and Hopkins was the flooring company the builder used, went and spoke with Mark jr for the flooring and picked out a product within the guides for home builder. Flooring looked great in the home, but just after the year point many of the joints started to buckle and separate, called and Mark sr came out and looked at it and said it was pretty bad and most likely needed replaced. Had to wait for the floor manufacturer rep to come out and when he did he acted like a lot of it was normal but some definitely needed replaced and said he would sit down with Hopkins and get it taken care of. Mark sr came back out to repair with 1 box of floor for a small section approved by the manufacturer. I was not happy due to how bad it was and kept getting week but week. Nick(owner) came out next day with Mark and he apologized and said he was not happy with it and would replace it all. Nick fought with floor manufacturer and got all the material costs reimbursed, he then covered the extra for a better quality flooring he recommended and covered all the labor to have the whole house replaced. This is how you do business and treat customers. I will definitely recommend and use Hopkins again in the future because of how this was handled. Stand up owner and super friendly staff and installers all around.“
