My visit to American home patient in Festus last Thursday was wonderful! Not only did Tessa go above and beyond to help me with my c-pap machine issues. I was thoroughly entertained by Chris, Kris and Tessa. They all made me feel welcome and have such positive attitudes. I left with all of my problems solved, and these ladies set the tone for a great day!
The ladies working at the Crystal City office are very helpful. They worked to clear up a supply issue for me, and help me find a different CPAP mask than the one I am currently using.
I get excellent service from American Home Patient. My order is always correct and delivered on time. The driver always asks if I need anything else and answers any questions that I may have. The office personnel are all very knowledgeable about their products and what size cylinders I get. They too always ask if I need anything else or have questions. Everyone that I have dealt with has been kind, friendly, knowledgeable yet professional. It's a pleasure to do business with American Home Patient.
