This program works. I lost 50 pounds in a little over two months. I’ve managed to keep it off for a year. The program is pretty easy to follow, but it does take some planning to ensure you stick with the foods list.You get support all throughout. They give you lots of recipes that fit the plan. (The chili is a favorite.) And the coaches are always available to help with questions. Even on maintenance, I still check in regularly to help me stay on track.
