It wasn't a quick schedule an appointment and move on. He took the time to ask some questions, and even gave me a little background on the company. I received a reminder text for the appointment, and Tom arrived right on time. Just like Adam, Tom was very patient, asked questions, and went over any different option that ran through his head. Tom showed me samples of the different decking, and railing options. At the end, he gave me a quote right there. A couple days go by and I received a call from Tom just to ask how my experience was and if I had any additional questions.I had two other companies that were supposed to come out for quotes. One showed up, then said they would get back to me about a quote. If I didn't hear from them, to reach out myself and they would get it to me.
