We were impressed with the level of service provided by Mike Stipanovich and the whole team at Ortman-Stipanovich. Our mother passed away and Mike was a consummate professional from our first meeting with him. We never felt pressured by any up-sell and they did an incredible job turning around our request in a little over 24 hours. Additionally, they let use the Lounge for a light lunch before heading to the cemetery. As a service organization, they are a model for many other businesses.
Mike S. and his staff gave us an attentive and respectful memorial, mass and funeral procession throughout the planning and the day. Mike and an associate came to the house in a timely manner for a respectful removal of my father to their facility. We could not have asked for more.
Mike S. was exceptional while going through the process of everything and had everything ready to make the process go smoothly for us. He was so kind every time I had to talk to him. I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone going through a loss.
