I have a dog with a thick double coat. The groomer here did an incredible job getting the undercoat out and most of the shed. It’s honestly the best groom he’s ever gotten. They definitely know what they’re doing and I will be back. Thank you!!
Excellent groomers who genuinely care about your dog’s experience of being groomed. Took my Great Pyrenees/Karakachan mix rescue dog, Henry, for a standard groom with a de-shed. There was a specific drop off time and estimated pickup time and it was pretty accurate; dropped off at 11, picked up at about 2. It took longer because he was a BIG job. They keep your dog engaged the entire time rather than doing certain steps and then crating, etc. My dog was calmer and happier than I’ve ever seen him after a groom. I love bringing my dog here for grooming. They do such a great job and the room isn't overwhelming for my pup. He isn't there all day getting stressed out. 2 hours is usually how long it takes for my 60 pound Aussie. They text as soon as he is finished. Love the owners and the groomers. Friendly and personable. They take the time to know your dog's needs.
