Haven’t even had a chance to get an appointment yet. Website is user friendly and answered majority of my questions. The few questions that I have nobody will answer the phone for. Have tried calling for the past 2 weeks and nobody picks up
I have naturally curly hair and wanted to get a cut by someone trained on curly hair. These gals have a number of certifications through curly hair specialists and they combine all that knowledge to give an excellent curly cut along with taking time to make sure their clients understand the best method to care for your curls along with educating you on the best products and how to use them. They ensure your educated and have their number to text them with any questions, they have been awesome even after my cut I have reached out asking questions and they are happy to help. I am so grateful that I came across this salon in my search for curly hair experts. Jessica truly cares and is a hair cutting and coloring genius. She is also an excellent listener and super professional. I have embraced my curls fully (no more straightening) and feel so confident because she makes my natural hair look amazing. It's also been a game changer to have her help coaching me on how to style it. Getting my hair done by her, and her amazing assistant's help, puts a spring in my step.
