“Family Pet Hospital was one of my favorite vets to take my cats to, and I was so sad to lose them upon moving away from the St. Louis area.Dr. Collins was friendly and so good with both of my cats whenever they needed to go for annual checkups and vaccinations. She would help both animals feel at ease during their visits. If either cats had health issues or needed medications, setting up an appointment or requesting medicine was an easy phone call to the front desk. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this place 10x over in trusting them with your pet's health!“

“I’ve come to the vet here about 5 times since March 2023 with my 4 year old dachshund and my 2 year old mini dachshund. Great experience each time. I’ve also gotten them groomed here and that was a great experience as well. Convenient location and easy to walk to if you’re in the area. Highly recommend.“
“We have been going to Millis Animal Hospital since they were located off of Hanley and Dale. We have always received great care for our pets there. Sad to say, curently we will no longer be going to them as we just put our dog to sleep. The doctor and staff were very kind and understanding, and let us have as much time with our dog as needed to say goodbye. I am forever grateful for many years of wonderful care for our pets.“

We rescue dogs and cats with issues and needed a clinic that offers a wide variety of veterinary expertise, including acupuncture. Dr. Erik and Dr. Stacey are the most caring and knowledgeable professionals. All staff is fantastic - helpful, caring and responsive. Over the years we had dogs with behavioral problems and the doctors and staff always found ways to comfort them and provide necessary care. “We were visiting the area and didn’t know anyone. Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave early the next day so we had to board our dog. She was behind on some shots and the kennel would not take her. After some scrambling at 5:30 PM the night before we left Saint Charles animal Hospital came to the rescue and took care of our pup. They squeezed us in and solved our problem. They were courteous and kind! I highly recommend!!!“

“Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Chip, so glad I found her to take care of my precious baby!“
“My dog had some health issues took a turn for the worse on Easter Sunday while driving from Chicago to St. Louis. The entire team led by Dr. O'Keefe stabilized my dog, so I could have some quiet time with her before putting her to sleep. Every staff member possesses a considerable amount of compassion and helped me during this difficult time. I've been going to the same vet clinic for 23 years, but when it is time to get another dog, I will use Fox Creek for primary well care. I feel so blessed to have found this group of people on Easter Sunday.“

“The employees here were so accommodating and friendly. My dog is very skittish and uncomfortable, trusting other humans because she is not very socialized. I had an emergency and needed to board my dog for the Christmas holiday weekend. Took her to Vetco because she had an appointment, and they made up some random excuse why they couldn't give her a shot she needed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital, and Michelle and the rest of the team were life savers. Chanel, my dog, was able to get her shot, and the vet she saw said that the next time she has to come, he would order her something to calm her down. The facility was nice and I've decided to bring my dog here to get her care. Thank you!!“

We can tell by the way he acts when he walks through the door for his appt. that He is so Happy and excited to see his friends.His nickname there is "Crazy Dave" The front desk folks and vet assistants all hug and talk to him and Dave eats it up!!
