The vet listened to my concerns, we discussed a treatment plan, and my dog improved quickly. I thought they were patient, they listened and cared. Everyone in the office was friendly. Then I took my dog for a checkup and routine shots two weeks ago. I got my preferred day and time for the appt and got some great suggestions on ways to proactively help my dog's health. “We were visiting the area and didn’t know anyone. Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave early the next day so we had to board our dog. She was behind on some shots and the kennel would not take her. After some scrambling at 5:30 PM the night before we left Saint Charles animal Hospital came to the rescue and took care of our pup. “My vet recommended AVS after my cat was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism for the radioiodine treatment. Dr. Loyd and her staff were kind, straightforward, and answered all of my questions. Tech Janet was whom I spoke with at the consultation and during my cat's stay at AVS and she is a true gem! My cat is weary of anyone outside of our household and they were so kind and accommodating to him and providing me updates throughout his time there. It made me feel reassured that not only he was getting the treatment but also by people who truly care. Over a month post-procedure and my lil' buddies levels show that he no longer has Hyperthyroidism! Beyond grateful to the AVS team and that we have a facility in St. Louis that provides this treatment.“
