I must say that I was surprised to see a smiling face greeting me when my son and I walked in on Tuesday evening. It was a young lady I had never seen before but she had the most impeccable customer service. She was taking to customers as if she had known them for years. She made me feel like my clothes were top priority and I got them back just as she promised. Gary and American Cleaners, I don't know her name but she's from Florida. She is truly a great asset to your company.

I have used American cleaners for over twenty years. Only once have they lost a garment and I've never had a problem with their cleaning ability. I print their coupons online and save a lot of money as compared to the regular price, I highly recommend you do this. They usually have them ready before i need them but occasionally I have asked for next day service and there is not an extra charge for it.

Edit - I reached out to someone higher up the food chain and they refunded the extra charge so I am adding 2 stars back.BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTISTS . If they make a mistake on pricing, they don't bother to call and ask if you want to pay a higher price, they just do it anyway and make you pay the difference after it's done or they refuse to give it back! They quoted me 22 dollars for a weighted blanket, and when I went to get it not only had they somehow taken it apart and not put it back together, they charged me double what was quoted! DO NOT GO HERE!
